Rand Armstrong has a long background within various fields of construction. His family moved to Prescott when he was 9 years old, and after a few years working in Phoenix and California during the 80’s, he has since called Prescott home. Rand’s strengths as a General Contractor and home builder are his strong work ethic, his detail focus, and honest and personable style.

Ellinor Ellefson is an award-winning and sought-after Interior Designer, having done hundreds of successful projects from start to finish. She shares her time between Prescott and Gilbert. Ellinor loves to bring modern and organic style to the Prescott area, and her clients trust her keen eye and great taste. She has years of knowledge in selecting the right materials and fixtures, and always strive to create current yet timeless spaces.
